We explore that, even in meager resource setting, different programs can strategically and synergistically use the available low-resource to address common health challenges. Our study reveals the existence of triple burden of overweight, stunting, and anemia among Tanzanian adolescents, emphasizing the importance of physical activity and quality diets in schools to combat poor health. To address these challenges effectively, tailored prevention and control measures must consider the unique distribution of malnutrition burdens across the country.
