Directorate of Finance Personnel and Administration

The Directorate is responsible to oversee management of financial affairs, human resources, capital assets and operations of the Centre.

• Finance section

In charge of effective control and proper maintenance of accounts for inflows and outflows of cash; maintaining timely availability and responsibility of financial information; ensuring effective execution of payments and bank reconciliation.

• The personnel and administration section

Responsible for Human Resource management including attracting, recruiting and retaining employees; conducting training and development; administering compensation and benefits; performance assessment; promotions and disciplines.

The function includes general administration, management of facilities supervision of clerical staff and support staffs as well as ensuring health and safety of staff.
